NEO reads the digest of your threads, compares client requests with your boards and todos, and proposes everything that is not tracked yet — on one card.
Move, label, filter. In one sentence.
Say what goes where. NEO picks the matching mails, shows you what it found, and touches nothing until you confirm. Ask, and it turns the clean-up into a permanent rule.
- Move to a folder. Selects by sender, subject, attachment or date. A folder that does not exist yet is created on confirm.
- Labels and pins. One sentence labels the selection, pins the important ones or runs a Quick Step on them — and can save a new Quick Step from what you approved.
- A rule for the future. A one-off clean-up becomes a filter that runs on the mail server — new mail lands in the right place on delivery.

From answer to file.
Excel, Word or PowerPoint — in your company’s design, in the right folder, with one confirmation. It extends the documents you already have, too, always as a new version.
- It reads, not only writes. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, OpenDocument, text, Markdown, CSV and HTML files from Drive — summarised with key figures and open questions.
- Tables, totals, charts. The generated file has real tables, totals, charts and the design you picked — not a pasted block of text.
- You choose where it goes. A folder, a client folder or a new one — missing paths are created on the way.
The existing document gets a new version. Undo brings the previous one back.

Every action is a card. Review it, fix a field if needed, then confirm — the executed step can be undone for 24 hours and leaves a trail.

The server says who you are. The model never chooses which user it is acting as.
Organisation isolation. An admin in organisation A cannot see organisation B’s assets or tickets — even on the same server.
Permission-aware search. The index returns only what the signed-in user is allowed to access.
Confirmation before every write. Permissions are rechecked at the moment the action executes.
Complete audit trail. Every executed action is traceable and undoable for 24 hours.
Your organisation’s key. The model is reached through your company’s platform key — not a shared account run by someone else.
Observable AI usage. The organisation sets the policy; admins can see which tools ran and how long they took.
